Delete my account

1. Via Web Portal.

As part of user privacy, we have provided the account deletion request in web portal https://lms.bhimalearn.in as depicted in the snapshot below. Please login in to the web portal with the same credentials provided with the username and go to url: https://lms.bhimalearn.in/user/profile.php

 

After the request, the user will get the request page and save the changes as below. The user request will be received by the respective educational institution's Data Privacy officer who approves the request on verification. On approval the user will be deleted along with all personal data and the user will not be able to log in again since all login tokens will expire and be revoked immediately on approval and an email will be sent. This will apply to manual, email and Oauth2 registered accounts through mobile app or web portal.

 

2. Via Mobile App.

We have provided the account deletion process on the profile page of the mobile app as the sequence of screenshots depicts the account deletion process below.
